The Center for Genomic Gastronomy (Cat, Zack & Emma), together with their collaborators Wendy and Nicky will spend a week in Melbu at Neptun Art/Science Lab, visiting sites, sharing ideas and generating new possibilities / ideas in the process of developing new artistic research on food, biology, taste & place.
